With over fifteen years of international experience across both the public and private sectors, Johana Bernárdez García is a Senior Psychologist dedicated to the mental health of young people and families. She specializes in psychotherapy for adolescents and young adults, adopting an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to each individual’s unique developmental needs. Having played a key role in supporting mental health within educational settings, she is uniquely positioned to successfully guide young people through the complexities of transitioning into adulthood.
She holds an MSc in Family and Couple Therapy from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Spain) and a post-degree in Clinical and Community Psychology from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. This academic background allows her to approach each case by integrating the family system and the individual’s wider social contexts.
Johana offers therapy in both English and Spanish. Her extensive experience working with diverse populations ensures culturally sensitive care in which every client feels seen, heard, and respected. She is a Graduate Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and a member of the Colegio Oficial de la Psicología de Madrid.
